The seeds for becoming a responsible, sensitive and an internationally minded lifelong learner are sowed. The urge to question is enhanced. We encourage our students to understand, appreciate their own cultures and histories and to be open to the perspectives, values, and traditions of other individuals and communities. Our learners are accustomed to seeking and evaluating various points of view, before forming their opinion about a topic. We encourage them to approach uncertainty with courage and forethought and have the independence of spirit to explore new roles, ideas, and strategies.
